The new Hampton Inn and Suites Cincinnati Midtown Rookwood is looking for someone who is positive, people focused, and enjoys hospitality. Here are some of the expectations of the position.

* Welcome, register, and service all guests.

* Ensure Brand and Lexington Mgmt. standards are followed.

* Take initiative to find solutions and complete tasks.

*Act as " Manager on Duty " for the evening shift

* Balance administrative responsibilities with serving the guest.

* Ensure team members that report to you are following thru on checklists

* Be responsible for knowing Finacial obligations for the success of the hotel.

* Help create a service recovery culture with our staff.
